Coins that pay you back

some coins in the tank share what they catch. launch one in reward mode and every swap sets a slice aside in ETH for whoever is holding, split by how much they hold. the pool does the collecting, so it works no matter which app the trade came from. holders pick it up from the coin page whenever they feel like it. the creator cannot change the rate later.
